About Mel

We are experienced pet sitters and caretakers who have had the privilege to look after many furbabies (dogs, cats, bunnies) over the years. While our current circumstances aren't suitable for having our own furbabies, we have loved each one of the furbabies we have looked after as our own :-) We are committed to loving your furbabies and supporting you when you need a helping hand.

We love animals with our hearts, souls and brains :-): I have a PhD in behavioural science so I always find it easy to understand, connect and communicate with animals. I think that animals reciprocate this love---all the animals we looked after in the past (dogs, bunnies, cats, birds) loved us.

Both of us have flexible work arrangements and spend most days WFH. Between us, we can cover nearly all days. Although we are new to the Madpaws platform, we are very experienced looking after friends and neighbours' pets in the past. We are both health professionals, living an active and healthy lifestyle and we want to make sure that all animals we look after are happy and healthy too. Especially for dog owners, rest assured that your pups will be happily walked :-) If you and your pups are keen, I can try to teach them some tricks as well. I have had great success teaching dogs tricks in the past :-)
