She is scared of cat so if your cat is sick she will deny to take her to vet. She would rather let your cat die. Yuan told me she is doing everything perfectly. But I had to rush to vet emergency because of her negligence. My cat has not pooped for more than 5days because yuan did not bother to check the litter and clean it. Vet costed me $1130.50 and the sufferings of kitty. I blindly trusted MadPaws and left with just regrets.

Yuan is a great cat sitter. She took care of my little cat Ollie while I was traveling overseas. I received photos and updates every day from her. She would stay for a while at my place to play with Ollie. She even went to Petbarn to get some food for Ollie. I highly recommend having her as your cat sitter.
