I am a very qualified animal lover with a cert III in animal studies, 6+ months experience volunteering with dogs, cats and small animals (such as guinea pigs, rats and birds) at Animal Welfare League, and a lifetime of love with my own pets.
I know how to feed and water animals according to their dietary needs, and I also understand the importance of exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation and I put this knowledge into place with whatever animal I am currently sitting!
I have had pets my entire life, including rats, guinea pigs, dogs large and small, cats, snakes and birds!
The reason I decided to become a pet sitter is because I truly understand how scary and anxiety-inducing it is not only leaving our pets, but leaving them in a strangers hands. As pet owners, all we want is for our animals to be safe, loved, well fed and be showered with affection. I know that I have gotten so anxious thinking about having to leave my animal with a stranger, and that's why I know I am the perfect person to pet sit. I love everyone's animals as if they were my own, and build a bond with each and every one of them. I want every single one of my clients to rest assured that your animal is in capable hands, and being loved, doted on and snuggled with just as they would be with you!
I have experience with foster animals as well as dogs with anxiety, depression, post-surgery wound care and special needs. My studies included quite a few vet nursing units, so you can rest assured that I am quite knowledgeable and experienced in that area.
I offer personalised care and detailed plans with each animal I sit to ensure your pet gets a tailored experience according to your wishes and expectations as well as your little one’s needs!
I can't wait to meet your fur babies and love them as if they were my own....
