About Ashlea
I am a professional animal assistant who has been working at one of Canberra's premier dog services companies for over 3 years now. My workplace experience together with a certificate III in Animal Companion Services provides me with a unique skill set in the Canberra region as a trusted pet carer.
I have been the primary carer for my own dogs, my lovely horse Jessie, lots and lots of family cats for the past 20 years and a variety of farm animals on my family's farm.
I've previously worked at an animal rescue facility caring for dogs and cats and helped run a stable of 24 horses.
This allows me to not only offer expert services, but also the ability to deal with the unexpected which happens from time to time.
Services:
I can tailor all services for the needs of the pet, plus the usual house admin tasks while you are away. Cleaning, watering plants etc
l will attend a 30-45min meet and greet with you prior to sitting to discuss the services you require, such as:
- at your home pet sitting
- walks/exercise/enrichment (games)
- Medication requirements/other special needs
- Picture updates
- Admin tasks
I can offer sitting up to 3 pets per residence (happy to discuss in person after meeting owners and pets if you have more than 3)

Ashlea was outstanding and very professional, she looked after my two dogs for a week at my place whilst I was on holidays.
Ashlea was great, she walked them everyday and sent us regular pics and updates through which was lovely.
