Samin was our lifesaver! With a last minute holiday away, and no one to look after my dogs on such late notice, she replied instantly with a ready to go attitude, offering her time to come meet me & my dogs before hand. To ensure i felt comfortable and at ease, she sent me constant updates, photos & videos of my dogs & all the stuff they had been up to & completed.
