About Melaney

Hi,

I'm Melaney, and my life has been devoted to my passion for pets and animals. I have over 20 years of experience as a vet nurse and have worked in general and emergency hospitals; this means I have extensive knowledge in animal care, including low-stress handling, training and behaviour. Along with my Cert IV Vet Nursing and a Diploma in Critical Care and Emergencies, I'm equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide an expert standard of care, including medications. I love all animals and develop connections to make your pet feel safe and comfortable when you're away.

I can come to you, or your furry family can come to me; we can walk or run ; we have a small dog who loves the company and meeting new friends. I have a large, fenced backyard, or we can walk on or off lead over the property, swim in fresh dams and walk on quiet country roads. The possibilities are unlimited. I will work with you to tailor an individual care plan that surpasses your expectations.

My children can be actively involved (they are strong animal lovers, too, they were born with the genetics), or if you and your pet prefer life away from kids, we can make that work also. We will open our home and delight your pet like ours, or I will visit your home and bring lots of TLC.
