About Lauren

Hi I’m Lauren, and I live in Ballina on the Northern Rivers. I volunteer every week at Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital. I love working with animals and hope to pursue a career in vet nursing. I have had very interesting experiences whilst working with the animals including, cleaning and drying snakes, helping feeding a goanna and caring for lots of our native birds.

I have always owned animals and at the moment I am mum to a three yer old golden retriever named Riley. I also have a 7 year old Birman cat called Merlin.

I have recently left high school and as I won’t be studying TAFE until 2024 I have lots of time to care for your pets. I am responsible, honest, caring and reliable. I live at home with my family but I am able to mind and walk your pets. I am totally flexible and will adjust my schedule to fit yours.

I am fit and healthy and regularly attend a local gym in Ballina and I know all the great places to walk your dogs. I am often at the dog beach or in the dog park or walking along north wall. I have my own car and will tailor any activities to suit your dogs age and temperament.
