A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
Hey there! My name is Natalya, and I am reliable, friendly pet walker and sitter based in the Northern Rivers. I consider myself empathetic, present, and passionate about overall health & wellbeing. I enjoy the sunshine, beaches, hiking, yoga, reading, getting creative, and hold a strong moral compass. As a lifelong pet lover, and experienced caretaker I look forward to bringing joy, love, time and attention to your fur-babies whilst providing you with some peace of mind!
From the moment I can remember, I have been surrounded by four-legged friends, and cannot imagine a life without them. As someone who is active, enjoys being in the outdoors amongst nature and deeply missing my own companion (my toy Cavoodle, Tashi who was unable to relocate with me at this time and is thankfully staying with my very loving parents), I thought what better way to combine my love of walks with another little furry-friend who may need their legs stretched, or a check-in hello whilst their parents are busy.
MY EXPERIENCE:
I am an absolute lover of (all) animals, having owned a variety of pets (dogs, turtles, mice, fish, frogs & tadpoles, Hermit crabs) to also caring for cats, rabbits, hamsters, chickens, and birds - I have always had a soft-spot for our beloved furry-friends! With 30+ years of pet walking and sitting experience under my belt, I've had the pleasure of working with various breeds and temperaments. From energetic puppies to wise old souls, each dog's individual personality has taught me valuable lessons about love, patience, and understanding. My experience extends to handling dogs of all sizes, ensuring their safety, and creating memorable adventures during our walks and playtime.
As someone who understands and relates to how difficult it can be to let go, and essentially trust someone else to properly, and lovingly, care for your fur-baby, I can assure you that they will be in the best of hands!
MY APPROACH:
Your pet's safety, happiness, and overall well-being are my top priorities. I understand that each pet has unique needs, so I take the time to get to know them individually, building a bond of trust and understanding. Whether it's a calming stroll or an exciting adventure, I'll tailor each experience to match your pet's preferences and energy levels. I am always happy to provide regular updates, and tailor my services as best to yours and your pets' needs as possible - so please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions, or specific requests :)

*Dog walking: Need a stroll, or a regular exercise routine for your pup? Count on me to take your fur-baby on invigorating walks at their favourite parks/beaches, or walking routes.
*House Visiting / Day Care: Embark on your day worry-free, knowing that your beloved pets and cherished home are in the best care possible. I will treat your home with the utmost respect and care, maintaining its tidiness, security, and ambiance, so you return to a place as warm and inviting as you left it.
*Playtime and companionship: Dogs thrive on social interaction, and I'll happily spend quality time playing fetch, tug-of-war, or simply providing snuggles and belly rubs.
*Feeding and Medication: Rest assured, I'll follow your specific instructions for feeding and administering any necessary medications with utmost care and attention.
*Customised Approach: Every pet is special, and that's why I tailor my care to cater to your pet's specific needs and personality. From playtime, training to cuddles - I'll ensure they feel right at home.
*Dog training: My training philosophy revolves around positive reinforcement techniques. With patience, encouragement, and treats, I'll create a fun and rewarding learning experience for your dog, making them eager to obey and eager to learn. Every dog is unique, and that's why I tailor my training sessions to cater to your dog's specific needs and personality. Whether they need basic obedience training with commands like sit, stay, and recall, basic tricks, or more targeted behaviour modification training, I’m here to help your fur-baby become a well-mannered and confident companion both at home and out in public.

I understand life can get busy, so I'm flexible - whether it's a last-minute request or a regular arrangement, I'll be there to ensure your pet receives the love and care they deserve.
