I’ve had a lifelong involvement in natural therapies (professional practice and education) for both humans and animals using a number of different modalities .

My default address on this site says Emerald Beach (my mailing address) but I am available to house and pet sit for longer periods from the NSW Central Coast to the Queensland border.

BRIEFLY ABOUT ME:
I also have extensive hospitality experience - I’ve run restaurants, managed holiday accommodation and done related general property maintenance.
I have quite specialised animal skills and I’m able to take care of a wide range of companion and livestock - from cats and dogs, guinea pigs, aquariums, chickens, ducks, geese, to cattle and goats, ponies and miniature horses.
I'm comfortable with administering injections and any medications/grooming/special dietary needs and experienced in interacting with guardian animals - alpacas, donkeys and Maremma. I can also milk goats..

I pride myself on the services and special care I provide - with me in attendance, your property will be kept in order, it will be secure, kept tidy and well maintained, and your animals will be loved and well cared for....

David has looked after our cat Ninja (10 years old) 3 times and we have booked him again for another sit. We go away for extended periods and it's very reassuring to know Ninja is extremely well looked after while we are gone. David and his adorable dog Ella love Ninja and Ninja adores them. Ella and Ninja snuggle up to David as if they were raised together, and they are hilarious when they play. David sends us funny photos and videos of them together. I really can't recommend David (and Ella) highly enough. They are the dream team of pet sitters.…

David looked after my older dachshund in my home for a 3month period. He is not only an animal lover but has many skills regarding improving health of animals. My little fellow was extremely well looked after, with (with my permission) an improved diet, which made him a much happier and contented little dog. David sent me pics and updates regularly, and i was able to enjoy my time away without any concerns. My home was well looked after and very clean on my return. David was wonderful and I would highly recommend him to care for both animals and homes. He is very popular though, so advance bookings are best. Your pet will be in excellent hands with David.…

David is an excellent dog minder and house guest. He communicates with our friend Geoff who is now 14 and has given him a new lease of life with all the natural remedies he has introduced to his and our routine. Geoff allows David to clip his nails which we and even the vet finds very difficult.
