I aspire to be a pet sitter for a multitude of compelling reasons. Firstly, it grants me the invaluable gift of flexibility in my work hours, a precious commodity as I currently work from home full time. This means I can seamlessly integrate pet sitting into my daily schedule.

Moreover, being a pet sitter provides the perfect opportunity for me to revel in the great outdoors. The prospect of taking dogs for leisurely walks and enjoying the natural world is not only refreshing but also a delightful contrast to my usual WFH routine.

However, the most paramount motivation behind my desire to be a pet sitter is the profound joy and fulfilment I experience when I am entrusted with the well-being and care of pets. This is not merely a job, but a genuine vocation that brings me immense satisfaction and purpose.

Presently, I am the proud companion of a charming two-year-old toy poodle, affectionately named Bagel. Bagel is a delightful, albeit quite reserved, pup with a penchant for timidity. His discerning palate often renders him a rather picky eater. At a petite 3.5 kilograms, he embodies the essence of a "scaredy-cat" type of puppy. However, despite his timid nature, he finds immense joy in frolicking with his canine companions at the local park. In these lively playdates, he often finds himself the little buddy among larger dogs, an endearing testament to his petite stature. On occasion, we've had the pleasure of babysitting puppies for our friends, and the experiences have been nothing short of wonderful. These vivacious pups tend to exhaust themselves with their exuberant antics, leaving a trail of joyful chaos in our apartment.

I am confident that my unwavering passion for pet care, coupled with my dedication to going the extra mile, will set me apart as a pet sitter. In the vicinity of my home, there are two delightful parks that have become familiar to my cherished companion, Bagel. The closer of the two is a mere 160 meters away, a brisk two-minute stroll, while the more distant one lies a still convenient 500 meters from my doorstep, just a leisurely six-minute walk.

As I presently work from home on a full-time basis, I can offer a watchful and attentive eye over any pet under my care around the clock. This ensures that they remain well-behaved and content, and in this household, belly rubs are not optional but mandatory :). Rest assured, I am fully committed to delivering a top-notch pet-sitting experience....
