I am the daughter of a vet and so have always loved being around animals! I'd love to look after your animals of all sizes, in any way I can - whether that's a once off walk, regular house visits or pet day care while you're away. I have a lovely 15 year old rescue cat called Ruby living with me. She's an old girl with insulin dependent diabetes which means I have a lot of experience with high-needs pets and injections. Back at my parents we have a collection of cats and dogs who I grew up with. In the past I've owned frogs, chickens, dogs of all sizes, rats, rabbits and lizards.
I worked at my Dad's hospital looking after the boarding cats for three and a half years so have good experience dealing with all sorts of cats and administering medication. I’ve worked at a pet food store where I learnt a great deal about healthy food and good pet ownership, and I just have a big love for all things animals.
Fortunately, being a vet's daughter means I have 24/7 access to vet advice! If anything comes up with your pet I will be able to get many opinions about their health.
I am an extremely responsible and reliable person with my own car and a huge love for animals. You can trust me in your house and with your beloved pets because I will always try and do what is right and ask for help when I need it.
The pets in the photos are: 1) my best friends huge teddy bear Chloe, 2) a hedgehog called Waku I met on my recent trip to Japan, 3) my beautiful Darcy, 4 + 5) my gorgeous old girl Ruby, and 6) a stunning cat I met one day in South Hobart...
