About Corinne and Damien

Hello there, we're Corinne and Damien and we are dog lovers. We recently lost our 15 year old cavalier, Obi-wan, due to old age, so we decided to dogsit until we are ready to have another dog. We also have previous experience in fostering rescue dogs, which we still do from time to time when we are not dog-sitting.

I work from home 3 days a week and my partner works from home full time, so there is always someone at home.

We are experienced with small dogs and we practice positive reinforcement with our dog. Our home is furnished with several dog beds, including an orthopaedic bed for senior dog. We have engagement toys like the snuffle mat and puzzle toys to entertain your dog. We also have a small size crate if your dog is crate trained and prefers to sleep in a crate.

We have a large fenced backyard where we plant our veggies. My partner spends some time daily in the backyard and your dog may hang out with him while he tends to the veggie garden and of course we will have a game of fetch or play chase if that's the game your dog loves. We also have an outdoor bed if your dog likes to chill outdoors from time to time.

Our home is close to local parks and walking trails. We will take your dog out for a walk twice a day as part of hosting your dog.

We only dogsit one dog at a time, so expect extreme pampering for your dog.

We understand that it can be stressful for both the owner and the dog to be away from each other, so rest assured that your dog will be pampered by us while in our care. We will send you frequent updates, photos and videos so that you know how your dog is doing.
