I feel very privileged to be able to care for people’s fur children as I know how much animals mean to their owners. Having 2 dogs and 3 cats myself, I understand the need to be able to trust the person who is caring for your animals. As well as working at Petbarn, I’m surrounded by animals for most of my day, so I thought why not put my passion into caring for other peoples animals in my free time with the care and respect I would want for my own animals.

This is why I am big on communicating with owners, I'll send daily written and photographed updates detailing how we've spent our time together.

When I visit cats, I understand and respect that each cat should choose how affectionate or reserved they like to be. I will always make sure I give them their space and let them come to me. I’m always ready to give affection when needed or if they are playful, I’m ready to entertain them!

When visiting cats in their own home, I feed them, change their water, freshen or change their litter, brush them, pat and cuddle them, play with them or just be around to keep them company.

While I'm there, I'm also happy to bring in mail, water plants, open and close blinds, let in fresh air.

With dogs, I’m happy to play with them in the backyard with some tug or ball work then take them for a structured or relaxed sniff walk (whatever one you prefer).
