About Brendan

Available over the holidays except for Boxing Day. I currently have a number of four-legged clients but am always looking for more :)

I grew up next to the Murray River looking after all sorts of animals on our little hobby farm - dogs, cats, mice, birds, sheep, horses, donkeys, guinea pigs, rabbits... (etc.). Most recently I was fortunate enough to spend some time in southern France looking after two dogs and two Shetland ponies. Had an amazing time :)

Now I live in Footscray with my partner, 2 beautiful cats, and a bunch of fish. I would LOVE a dog but I don't think my cats would cope, however I thoroughly enjoy walking dogs of all sizes and always love looking after my parents' pup when they're away.

I'm a public health researcher; I work in the city two days per week and work from home the other three days, much to the delight of my cats who love hanging out when we're at home - they're my little shadows. Check out my photos - my partner, cats and I did a photo shoot for Pet Rescue a couple of years ago, and we're still on the site (I'm a big advocate for adopting rescue animals). We did learn that getting two cats to sit long enough for a good photo is very hard!

I'm reliable, flexible, relaxed and passionate about animal welfare. I'm also very excited to meet and care for other pets in my area :)...
