Unfortunately, earlier this year, one of my beloved Labradors crossed the rainbow bridge, leaving a void that's made me cherish the time I have with my 14-year-old Labrador even more. Darren was really nice and gave timely updates about Lokis stay and meals. He also accommodated Loki for an extra night when we were unable to pick him up as we arrived quite late back to Melbourne from Sydney.
