About The Crane

Hi, We are the Crane Family and we love animals.

Both Paul and I work from home. Our kids are in High School, and we currently have a guineapig. We also have an adopted / rescue dog - Pearle who due to her size is living on our farm down south. She's 9 years old. She was rescued last year, however has had some issues living in the City, so we decided to move her down to our farm where she is living her best life with family.

We would love to look after your beloved pet. We had a beautiful Staffy for 17 years - Ruby who passed away in November 2021 so we really miss having a dog around the house to take for walks and cuddle.

We are a fun loving family -with 2 kids 13 and 16 years old, we love to walk our fur babies and will care and love your pet just like our own.

We have many years experience in looking after our own animals, and are confident in administering medications where necessary.

Your pet will sleep inside (unless you prefer they sleep outside) but they are more than welcome to be inside with us at all times.

Both Paul and I work from home, so your fur baby will have us all day long!!! Both our kids are in High School, and are old enough to walk and play with your pet.

If you have a rescue pet, we understand the need to continue the bond you’ve made with them. We've dealt with special needs dogs and enjoy the challenge and love seeing the results as you slowly gain their trust and love.

We are more than happy to meet and chat before your pets come to stay. It's important that you have full trust in us so you can go away and relax, knowing your pet is in good, caring hands.

We will care for your pets in our home. Small, medium, Large and Extra Large are no hassle for us! We have had all of the above!

We even had two doggie doors - one for smaller to medium dogs and one EXTRA large door for our gorgeous girl Pearle. (Who now lives on the farm)

We have a large enclosed warm sunny backyard with plenty of space to play.

We live close by to South Beach, and parks, so there’s no shortage of where to go for nice walks and lots of sniffs.

We also love to take photo's and will make sure we catch a great shot of your pet.

Pet Sitting - This is 24 hours and includes a morning walk. (If your pet is used to having two walks per day) we are more than happy to walk your fur baby in the afternoon / evening as well.
Paul and I work from home - so we will be home with your fur baby, keeping them company all day long!
