Even though our request came through very last minute, Richard and Tess did a fantastic job looking after our two dogs. Both our dogs are extremely different, but Richard and Tess were able to accommodate for their different needs and personalities. This was evident from the videos and photos that were sent to us, as we could see that they were both extremely happy during their stay at all times.
