About Elizabeth
Hi! My name is Liz and my husband and I love dogs. My husband and I live in an apartment in Hawthorn with our 2 Westies Potatoe and Chip. We have been dogsitting for friends and family for years before joining Madpaws.
We walk the dogs twice a day for 30-45 minutes each time, so your dog will get all the exercise it needs. We do not have a garden, but we have a big balcony with a large dog toilet (1.5m2). The balcony door is kept open at all times so your dog will always have access to the toilet. On top of this, my husband and I work from home so your dog will have lots of company!
You can expect your dog to be treated the way you do at home - it is welcome to watch TV on the couch with us, and is more than welcome to sleep on our bed with us and our dogs if it likes. My husband and I spoil our dogs silly and we will do the same for yours. You can enjoy your holiday knowing your dog is having a great time too.
We will send lots of photos so you can have peace of mind while apart from your precious pup. We are also happy to brush your dog's teeth, give them a bath or administer medication if needed.

Elizabeth and Ron took excellent care of Hamish. He is a 14 year old schnauzer who needs extra special care and attention and this was provided above and beyond my expectations. We received daily updates and felt so glad to know he was well looked after.
