About Jane
A little about me – working professional late 40’s who of course loves animals and lives locally in Hawthorn. I understand the stress on animals of putting our beloved pets into catteries or kennels, so having a trusted person to look after them in their own environment is such a relief. I know this from personal experience so wanted to offer the same to others.
I’ve had animals all my life, and currently have a beautiful cat of my own – Dixie – a rescue who is 9 years old.
I have had my own dogs, my last gorgeous girl Roxy passing a few years back and just haven’t felt ready to get another – so Dixie is now my fur-baby and wouldn’t change a thing.
I have house sat for many people over the years, along with doing many house visits for both cats and dogs. While I get established on here, I can provide you with many reference and have a current Police Check.
What I can offer is:
A trusted mature genuine person to look after your fur-babies ,
Someone with years of experience owning and caring for animals,
A genuine love of all animals,
A genuine appreciation and respect for people that look after your pets and treat them as your own ,
Updates along the way,
Plenty of cuddles all around !

Cats - I am unable to have other cats at my home as Dixie isn’t a fan of other cats but happy to look after your cats in your own home with house visits.
Dogs – My cat Dixie is ok with dogs so for the right little dog, I could have dogs at mine – It would depend on the dog and the needs so feel free to contact me to find out.
I have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with outside fully enclosed (with cat netting) courtyard. The apartment block is a smaller one and is pet friendly and also has a great communal area out back perfect to take a dog for a play and toilet.
I have many references so please ask and I can provide.
