About Abbey

I have been doing Pet sitting for 4 years and absolutely love meeting every single animal I get to look after.

My reason for wanting to be a Mad Paws Pet Sitter is because I enjoy helping people with assisting them in finding suitable options for caring for their pets when they are unable too. I understand how much people love their pets and worry about them, when they are unable to take them on holidays with them.

I hope that I am able to provide my clients with reassurance that their pet(s) are in safe hands with Abbey's Pet Sitting.

I have always grown up with pets particularly dogs but have also enjoyed having birds, and guinea pigs. My dog Nikki is a Kelpie X and a rescue dog. Nikki is 5 years old and is a very social and a smart girl. Her favourite activity is playing fetch with the ball and she doesn't mind her human friend playing dodge and chase with the ball too! Being a Kelpie she also loves her daily walks too.

My business would not be as successful without the support of my family who are also pet lover's. My family are happy to assist me with my work and are supportive of having my client's pets at our house (with my client's permission of course!). Our home is situated in a quiet, private location, the yard is securely fenced and dogs enjoy a large yard to run and chase each other.
