About Bonnie

Hi there! My name is Bonnie. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and why your pet would be in safe hands with me.

I've worked in animal care for the past 6 years, starting off working in pet retail as my first job at 16. I discovered through this my love of animals, and for helping people better care for their animals. I'm passionate about animal wellbeing, and would love to give you a hand caring for your pets. I currently work at a dog kennel, helping to care for up to 100 dogs at a time. I'm able to care for all kinds of dogs, including those with complex behaviour issues (I have a reactive shepherd cross, so I feel your pain reactive dog owners). For those owners with animals that require medication, I'm confident in administering daily medication as required.

Depending on your and your dogs preferences, I'm very flexible as to where I will take your dog for a walk. I live near the beach (my dog personally loves playing in the water), but am also in close proximity to parks and trails for lots of sniffing for your pup.

I also have experience with other animals, I've had cats all my life and have assisted in caring for rescue cats. I have a great deal of experience with small animals (rabbits, birds, guinea pigs etc) as well as reptiles and fish (saltwater and freshwater)
