My partner and I are super excited to get a dog in a years time post a big travelling trip. Therefore, we're not able to get them just yet, but miss having a fluffy friend around the house. I WFH 4 days a week and would love so company, particularly when my partner is away for work. I typically go out for an hour a day (shops, fitness class etc.) and can either section them off inside or have them securely in the backyard. Bonus if they like to swim, we have a dog friendly pool!
Happy to take dogs down to the local dog park or 17 mile rocks park. Happy for pups to sleep inside or outside. I am a positive reinforcement person so try to reward with treats, affection and distraction if needed. Understand that everyone has different commands, food ways and am happy to adapt to how you like things to go!
Definitely looking to enjoy time with your pup, couch cuddles, walks and time together. Happy if they are working on some behaviours like being nervous around other dogs, anxious when alone, general training etc. however I don't feel equipped to deal with major behavioural issues at this stage....
