About Ritchie
Hi! we are a dog loving family of 4 with our own fur baby, Phoenix.
Myself & partner Iresha had various breeds of dogs for the last 15+ years & Phoenix is our new baby, a 2 yrs old Bull Mastiff x, gentle giant baby who loves other dogs & humans equally.
As dog owners ourselves we understand how important it is to ensure the fur babies have a comfortable boarding experience while we are away, hence the reason for opening our own doors to your fur babies to enjoy the holiday they deserve with loving humans & a doggy companion!
We have a large backyard (apprx 150sqm) & a large enclosed pergola for your baby to hang out & play.
We prefer your baby to come with their own bedding, favourite toys (we have plenty too!), bedding & anything else necessary for their comfort! We are happy to administer any routine medicine as required as well.
We can only take medium large (20-30kg), large (30-40kg) & giant breeds(40+kg) due to our own baby's size. And they must be vaccinated, obedience trained, non-destructive & toilet trained too. We highly appreciate your understanding in this :)

Baloo had such an amazing time with his new mate Phoenix and the family. They treated him with love and care - it made for a holiday away from my pup where I could really relax knowing he's in wonderful hands. Given the challenge of getting my Dane to eat food away from home, they also handled that so well and with lots of patience. Of course, we'll be back :)
