About Kate

My name is Katey and I am an absolute animal lover, and totally understand the "stress" of trying to plan for an event or a trip away when you want to be sure your pets are cared for you. I really believe they miss their owners, and having great, loving company alleviates their worry!

I live in Kelvin Grove with my partner Ash and our two beloved furbabies, Oprah (Kelpie) and Ellie (Border Collie x Kelpie). As working dogs, we know the importance of giving them LOTS of exercise and stimulation.

I have had pets from since I was a baby (dogs and cats) and also worked as a Wildlife Ranger for 8 years. I hand reared many native animals that have been returned to the wild, including koalas, kangaroos, possums, flying foxes and many types of birds.

I am currently completing a Diploma in Dog Behaviour so can offer basic training and behavioural advice.

Walk prices are for 30minutes minimum, if you need longer let me know! I'm also happy to tailor adventures to your dogs personality and breed.

I am currently offering overnight pet sitting in your premises, walks on weekends and home visits. If you require any special services, I'd be happy to work something out with you!

Kate is always my number 1 choice to look after Mischa while I’m away - whether it be for a weekend or an extended holiday. Kate is the ultimate dog Mum and loves Mischa as one of her own. I never worry for a second when I’m away and know Mischa is in the best hands. Kate goes above and beyond taking Mischa on the best walks and adventures and giving her so much love and affection. I love knowing that a beautiful pic of my dog is never far away accompanied with updates from Kate as to what they are getting up to and all the fun that they are having. Mischa struggles with arthritis and allergies and Kate takes all the precautions required to ensure Mischa is happy and healthy whilst away from home. I can not recommend Kate highly enough to anyone in need of pet sitting services. Mischa returns home so happy and well cared for - sometimes I wonder if she had a better holiday than me!!! …
