About Cassandra

My love for animals has been a constant from the first dog my family got right before I was born (a dachshund named chuggers.) My family was a dachshund family so I have a lot of experience with stubborn and mischievous pups.
Over the years I've cared for many other breeds- a Kelpi/border collie, English Cocker, Bull dogs, Pomeranians, doodles, retrievers, you name it. As well as caring for cats, rabbits and guinea pigs.

I grew up in rural Alberta, Canada and my mum would often foster from the local animal shelter.

My current living situation doesn't allow for pets permanently so my daily dose comes from walking the beach and or city and pointing out every dog who passes to whoever i'm with.

My partner and I both are animal lovers and have dog sat together on many occasions. He works from home so hes the steady companion and I love going for a play in the yard or a walk.

We have time to walk/home visit or pet sit and would love to help out someone without that time. I know that pets are family and the responsibility that comes with caring for them.
