I absolutely adore animals, so much so that I am making it my full time career. I also spend my free time volunteering at the Brave Dogs Companion Rescue where I walk dogs, clean pens and feed pups. I am high-functioning autistic, and animals are my special interest. I have a love for all animals, big or small, pets or wildlife, dangerous or not. My goal is to educate the public on animal welfare, and I always hold the animal's wellbeing as my highest priority.
I am more than happy to travel to your home for any sitter and trainer needs IF YOU LIVE within 15mins of Laidley Town as I cannot travel more than 20mins to a job due to chronic neck pain. I am currently studying my degree and working part time, but I am available on weekends.
I would love to be of service to you, here is an outline of the work I would be comfortable completing.
- Training basic commands such as sit/stay/recall/ fetch/leash manners/tricks
- Basic grooming needs (bathing, brushing, sanitary groom, nails, teeth brushing, ear cleaning)
- Taking dogs on long sniff-ari walks or short wee walks depending on their exercise needs
- Ensuring enriching play or mid day meals for kitties while you're at work
- Moving birds from enclosures and working on basic training
- Feeding fish/turtles/tending to tanks
- Feeding reptiles (with pre-instructions per owner)
- Moving guineapigs from grass to inside, the list goes on.
If you request something I am not comfortable with, I will decline for the safety of your pet and myself. I am inexperienced with livestock but have kept most domestic animals as pets myself over the 20years of my life and am completely confident with the handling of any critter.
I hope that my services can be useful to someone during these stressful times :)) ...
