I have six years of housesitting experience, both in Tasmania and on the mainland and I love travelling and meeting people. I have a Police Check as part of my nurse's registration. I am a non-smoker, honest and take great care with your home as well as understand the importance of continuing the daily routines that your pets are accustomed to so that they feel secure whilst you're away. If you have specific gardening/yard tasks I am more than happy to do those also.

I have had experience with pets growing up as a child and I can’t remember a time when there wasn’t a furry friend in the house, mostly large dogs and cats. During my housesitting experience I have cared for a variety of small and large dogs, as well as cats, fish and chickens. My pet hosting experience includes two homeowners in my street that travel regularly, one owns a border collie and the other a shi tsu cross. I also host a kelpie for a friend that lives locally whenever they go away.

My property is fully fenced with a medium-sized yard and well-maintained gardens and comfortable, shaded areas. The house interior is spacious with two decks and plenty of large windows for pets to look out for wildlife and sun themselves on lazy days. There is a large greenspace at the rear of the property ideal for exercising and ball-throwing and the beach is within 10 minutes walk and is a great place to walk dogs on the lead.
