About Alex

My name is Alex and I am 25 years old. I am originally from Ireland, but I have lived in Melbourne for 14 months now. I live with my partner in a 1 bed apartment, with Fawkner Park on our door step (the perfect play area for furry friends). I have lived with dogs for my whole life, and I as much as I would love to have my own dog here, we are not in a position to go down this route just yet. So I have decided that the next best thing to do is to offer my services for any dog owners out there that need their fur babies loved and cared for when they are away. I have a very strong love for dogs, and I have a couple of years experience in minding all kinds of dogs both in Australia and in Ireland. I worked with dog shelters back home, and fostered dogs in need for short periods of time until they found a forever home. We live in a small one bedroom apartment, and for that reason I would only feel comfortable taking in small- medium sized dogs. As previously mentioned, we live right beside Fawkner park and very close to other parks where we love to go for walks in the morning and evening. I work from home part time so would be available to mind dogs both during the day and over night. I can assure you that your pet will be given the best care possible when in my hands. ...
