Hello! I'm deeply passionate about animals, and my journey as a pet sitter is rooted in a lifelong love for our furry and feathered friends. With a heart full of devotion and 20 years of experience, I find immense joy in caring for pets. My motivation to be a pet sitter is driven by a genuine affection for animals, a commitment to their well-being, and a desire to provide the best care possible.

I have a special affinity for stubborn breeds, having owned three Alaskan Malamutes and a Husky. My previous adoped Malamutes have had tumors, hip dysplasia, aggression towards other dogs, resource guarding, skin irritations, leash aggression, food allergies and overall untrained. These experiences have given me valuable insights into handling strong-willed and energetic pets, ensuring they receive the attention and exercise they need. Working diligently with previous trainer for years I've been able to teach an 8 year old dog new tricks and love life. As stubborn as the breed is I never gave up and followed up with more Malamutes. These double coat babies are largely misunderstood but are increidbly intelligent. Given time and patience they're incredibly receptive to training and are amazing dogs.

I have experience with the fethered friends as well. In our family we've owned a huge flock of birds including Amazons, African Greys, Cockatoos, and Conures. Bird owners can rest assured that I understand the specialized care and companionship these feathered family members require.

As a responsible pet sitter, I prioritize the health and safety of all animals in my care. For this reason, I kindly request that only vaccinated pets are brought into my home. Your pet's well-being is my utmost concern.
