Hi! I am Sylvia, a student of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Melbourne.

I’m a passionate and devoted pet enthusiast with hands-on experience caring for various animals. I provide attentive and personalized care, including medication administration and adherence to dietary needs.

Committed to clear communication with pet owners, I ensure their peace of mind through regular updates and photos. I am responsible, trustworthy, and aim to create stress-free experiences for both pets and owners.

🐈My experiences around animals:
I have my own dog, Mushroom, back in HongKong. We first met at a dog shelter when he was 2 months old and was found around some old factory. He is very energentic, smart and adorable!

I have started pet hosting since Jan of 2023. Until now, there had been 30 families that came and stayed.
To list some,
They were Mochi (a 2 months old white siamese kitten), MerMer ( a 1 year old dwarf rabbit), Kiwi and TamTam (two Ragdoll who are both 1 year old), Lemon (a fluffy 2 years old Ragdoll) and John (a 5 years old Persian).
Generally they will stay at my house for 1 week to 2 months.

I had worked at the Cattery Company and Vet Clinic in Melbourne and gained lots of experiences around smallies. Also, I have been volunteering at the dog shelter for years and are very comfortable around dogs!

🏠My home:
My apartment located at the center of Melbourne CBD, just opposite to Melbourne Central Shopping Mall.
I spent most of my time at home, so I can make sure that your fluffy ball will always have company and being monitored through out the day.

There are no balcony, the windows are locked.
Your pet is allowed to free roam, play and run around the house, and they will not be locked up.

There will only be ONE family during each pet hosting, which means no co-hosting pets from different families.

I will clean and sanitise the house once every two days and vaccum everyday, making sure that your pet will be living in a clean and comfortable environment.

- I will provide owners with LOTS OF videos and photos of their pets everyday📸📹

-Can provide pets with high quality food/ snacks/ purees/ Wet food from Royal Canin/ Advance / Ziwi/ Zealandia/ K9 Feline Natural/ Applaws

- Multivitamins Supplements /ProKolin+ & Synbiotic Probiotic /Greenies dental treats / Laxatives/ Hairball Relief are also provided

-Feliway diffuser is used

- Happy to provide any required medicial assistance, such as feeding medications, insulin injections, asthma pumps, blood glucose measurements etcs....
