Vanessa was absolutely incredible!! Our frenchie cleo recently had spinal surgery for IVDD and thankfully we found Vanessa to look after her whilst we were away. From the start Vanessa’s communication was amazing, she answered all my questions, she came to our house for a meet and greet and we received daily updates and pictures. she truly put our minds at ease. It was a pleasant experience to have Vanessa here!! She came here on time, listened to my instruction about cats patiently, and she did everything I expected with no flaws, even took some cute pics for my pets! She also helped me with taking care of my bearded dragon. Vanessa is a vet student so she friendly shared some advice for my pets which I truly appreciate!! Would love to book her again :)
