About Isobel

Hi! My name is Isobel, and have decided to become a pet sitter to not only help people, but also care for and keep your pet company! 🥰 I currently live in Mernda and am able to travel locally for house visits and dog walking, or host a pet (cats, small dogs and rabbits/Guinea pigs only). I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, rabbit, Guinea pigs, and birds my whole life, with an additional 3 years of cat fostering experience. I have volunteered on a farm for 3 years where I was able to look after chickens, rabbits and small farm animals for a day each week. In addition to this, I have also been able to look after small animals and kittens due to my mum being a vet nurse - she would often bring home pets or animals to look after overnight, and I was always able to come in and keep some of the animals company if they were recovering or waiting to be picked up 💚

I currently have my own Ragdoll cat, Saphy, who is 11 years old and loves a cuddle, but mainly keeps to herself. I am patient, caring and kind, and love a cuddle with any animal whilst also understanding boundaries! I understand that each pet has their own personality, requirements and needs so I am always happy to compromise with the pet and owner to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable!

I truly love animals, and love being able to bond and experience each little personality. Not only this, but I also love meeting all kinds of people so this is a nice little bonus. I also love to capture these personalities on camera - these photos can be found on my instagram: issyspetsitting

I’m available for daily, weekly or monthly visits and/or dog walking! I’m flexible, and work casually, so scheduling around my roster is easy and I can compromise with the owner to suit everyone’s needs!
