About Phoebe

I am an experienced and qualified animal carer. Living with my pup Scruff and my partner Josh in Mile End. We adore Scruff and our life revolves around him.

Offering my services in dog sitting, walking, home visits and feeding.

I have completed a Cert ll in Animal studies and Cert lll in Captive Animals and have cared for many animals, as well as have experience in volunteering and husbandry at animal rescues.

Are my dogs spoilt you may ask...Yes. They get home made food, daily walks in the local area, trips to off leash dogs park, dog beach & local dogparks.

Doggies who come to stay have full access of the house , with couches, dogs beds throughout and a secure backyard. They also have an outside sun bed and garden if they wish to go out. Scruff mainly chooses to sleep on one of the couches or on one of the four dog beds in the house. I keep my dogs safely inside (especially in summer) when I am not home, I have a hybrid office/home role. Outside of work I am a home body and we spend most of the time hanging on the couch with the dogs, or playing in yard. Morning amd evening strolls for a walkies. Depending on your pooches needs, we can take them on a brisk 30 minute walk in the Morning &/or afternoon, a longer 1hr + to the local dog park or beach.

I keep them occupied with enrichment toys including kongs and chew toys, so they are not fretting away from home. Any visitors will be treated to the same love and care as our own pup Scruff.

I understand the importance of keeping a routine and am happy to accommodate any requests to make it an easy and enjoyable experience for your pooch. Dietary, walking & enrichment and lots of cuddles and pat's.

Have experience with range of size dogs, breeds and ages. Having had young dogs and experience with a old dog. Our old boy only passing late last year at 23.

Happy to also wash your pooch, but I wont say I am a professional for an extra charge. I use oatmeal wash on Scruff as his skin is sensitive.

Happy to provide food and transport at an extra fee.

About our house:

We have 3 bedroom cottage, Dogs are free to roam the house. With a choice of the couch and several dogs beds throughout the house.

Our house is securely fenced yard with lawn. There is dog sunbed (scruff wont use as it moved once) and shaded areas for the dogs if they wish to go outside.
