Expected in morning after 9am. I
realised no-one had turned up by 4pm but was unable to reach Andrea and same with MadPaws support by message or by phone causing an hour and half of extreme stress as I was interstate.
Andrea made contact around 5:30 and arrived around 8pm.
Pets were fine. House was tidy.
