About Jo
I have a degree in Animal Behaviour & Welfare and I have worked at various vets, a dogs home, dog obedience club, farms and stables. I have experience caring for a wide range of animals, obviously dogs, cats and farm animals but also tropical fish, rodents, small mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects, arachnids and honey making bees. I am confident in administering all types of medication to a variety of animals.
I am a registered foster carer with the RSPCA and foster mainly small mammals. I am also a registered puppy carer for Seeing Eye Dogs and have helped to train many puppies over the last few years.
I am happy to discuss and address any training issues you might be having. I practice gentle, fear free training focusing on positive reinforcement.

I'm a stay at home mum and my husband works from home most days a week so there is always someone around. We have two children (7yr old boy & 4yr old girl). We have a very large, fully fenced garden.
