After having to say goodbye to our fur baby recently, Max and I would love to welcome yours into our home! I work part time and my partner studies at uni and works 2 days from home. We have a 1.5 year old little man, Harry, who loves dogs and think it's important to continue having furry friends around, to teach him how to be safe with and care for animals, until we are ready to adopt another.
We have experience with different dogs, most recently an anxious border collie who was with us for 12 years. He was dog reactive and fear aggressive so we are quite experienced dealing with those behaviours. We have a very secure yard with grass and decking and high fencing, no side access. We are close to a number of local parks with open spaces for exploring.
We would welcome your dog inside if that is your preference and they are welcome to sleep inside too. We have a large dog door that will allow them access to shelter and comfort throughout the day.
Fun fact: I am a registered teacher and therefore have valid working with children/police checks.
