About Maria

My very first pet was a puppy (a poodle), and since then I've taken care of birds and mainly cats. I'm pretty sure I was a cat in my former life!

I love all kinds of animals, particularly small pets (because I am small in stature myself, and it's just easier when they don't tower over me) but what I lack in size, I make up for with a HUGE heart and I will ensure your furry or feathery family member will be looked after with the utmost of care.

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment on the edge of the CBD, which means a cozy and manageable space for your fur baby, and not many hiding spots, so they will never be out of sight! I have floor to ceiling windows, so it is bright and sunny in my living room. I'm surrounded by parks, such as Flagstaff Gardens and Eades Park - easy for dog walking!

I work from home full time, so if your pet loves company (and cuddles!), they can feel safe and assured knowing that their new best friend is always within a paw's reach :)

I have also fostered cats for several years, so I've got all the good things that your feline will love, such as cat scratching posts, cubby holes, beds, blankets, boxes, litter trays and toys!
