About Megan

I have grown up living with animals all my life and they are a part of who I am as a person. I have a love of all animals, big, small, energetic, and even the ones who don’t normally like people. I am familiar with looking after elderly animals, newborns, and everything in between.

Over my lifetime I have had various pets including dogs, cats, chickens, and fish. I have also cared for more unusual pets including rabbits, a snake (Carpet Python), horses, and ducks.

I am familiar with administering medication to animals and am able to prepare meals to suit the various medical/ health/ general requirements. I am willing to do whatever to make people’s pets feel comfortable around me, and I once spent a whole day in a paddock to befriend a horse. I have also cared for pets with high anxiety and stress issues and other intolerances (including people, dogs, and other animals).

I am familiar with looking after pedigrees including the Dachshund, Wheaten Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier “Yorkies”, Boxer, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Jack Russell Terrier, Welsh Corgi, West Highlander White Terrier “Westies”, Border Collie, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Maltese Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Greyhound, Chihuahua, Cocker Spaniel, and various other breeds.

I am also familiar with looking after, caring and entertaining Maine Coon cats.

I also have cared for mixed breed dogs: Poodle crosses (Cavoodles, Groodles, Labradoodles) and farming dogs (Kelpie, Border Collie, and Staffy crosses) and others.

I work a regular 9-5 from Monday to Friday and I work remotely from time to time, but my preference is to be in the office.

I prefer to accept bookings located within 10km of Perth City, however will make exceptions if there is direct public transport from your home to the city.
