About Kathryn

Hi my name is Kathryn and my husband is Marcus. We are originally from UK and have settled permanently in the Melbourne over the past 6 years.

We have decided to open up our home to pet sitting, as we both love dogs and have grown up with various breeds such as Jack russells, yorkshire Terriers, Collies & labs. And we miss having the four legged friend around the house.

Marcus and I are both huge dog lovers, having had grown up with family dogs, and being British (we tend to love dogs more than people). Since being in Melbourne we have been in the foster game, working with a charity rescuing high-risk dogs from pounds across Victoria, and welcoming them into our home, providing a calming environment, training and lots and lots of attention. Since starting fostering we rescued 7 dogs, got them used to living inside and assimilated to domestic dog life, and sent them off to their forever home.

In addition to fostering, we look after friends dogs while they go away whether it be over night or for a few weeks. So we have plenty of experience caring for little fur-babies, and love them as our own during their time with us.

While with us, your pup will of course be inside with us, and will have full run of the house as well as a good sized back garden. ...
