About Aline
I have been working in animal rescue for 25 years rescuing, fostering, adopting and caring for hundreds of animals in that time. I am especially experienced with dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments, guinea pigs, rabbits and chickens but now also have two rescue sheep and a recently rescued cat who are teaching me new tricks.
We live on an acreage farm with many safe areas indoors and outdoors. Depending on the animal and the time of year/weather conditions, all animals can stay inside or outside, whatever is preferred by the owner. For the smaller animals we have predator safe outdoor shelters for grass time and running around but plenty of space inside as well. They can come with their own enclosures or stay in our spare ones (perks of working in animal rescue). Dogs can stay inside or outside with the option of a fenced yard or full access to our large property with grass areas, forest paths, our own waterfall and much more to explore if they want to come along for our daily walks on the property. Our dogs get home cooked meals but I can provide any food your baby is used too. I have a deal with our local organic store which gives me their daily fruit and vegetable leftovers so that all small animals receive an amazing variety of fresh food every day on top of grass and herbs we grow in the garden.
I work from home as an interior architect and have plenty of time to look after our animal family and guests. I have two children who have been brought up vegan and with rescue animals around at all times so they are very respectful with animals unlike most other kids their age if I dare say.
As you may have gathered, I adore animals and live for their well being. Any animal in my care is treated like a family member and despite the number of animals that already live with us, I will always make sure that everyone in my care will receive the needed attention throughout the day and is happy, healthy and thriving.
