Hi my name is Sarah.
I work casually as an emergency relief teacher and have also been nannying the same family for over seven years. I am police checked as I am a registered primary teacher.
I am a fit and active person.
I have 13 years experience volunteering with and pet sitting animals.
I grew up living with both cats and dogs.
I started volunteering at an animal shelter in 2010-2012 with both cats and dogs.
Have dog sat multiple times for the same family over the years (two small dogs) including feeding one daily medication.
Currently volunteering with another animal shelter (for over four years), specifically in the cat room.
I am experienced with a wide range of cat personalities because of this, have also fostered both cats and kittens (longest stay was 6 months).
Largest kitten fostering was four kittens at once needing socialisation.
I own two cats (3yrs and 9yrs old), have a small dog (8 yrs old) and previously had chickens.
I am very confident and comfortable with animals. I am very sensitive and intuitive with animals and am excellent with anxious pets through my volunteer work at the shelter.
