About Seaona

Us: My partner and I are both Registered Nurses who live active lives, we love to go for walks and take our dog to Burleigh or cafes. When we aren’t out and about we love being at home, spending an evening cuddles up with the fur baby on the couch. We are both caring individuals who love all animals and will give your dog the love and care she/he deserves. Being nurses we are also comfortable in providing medical care such as medication administration, wound dressings etc and CPR. We will treat your dog as part of the family and I will probably be heart broken on their departure!

Evie: A 6 year old long hair miniature dachshund. She’s definitely a people dog, super laid back and independent. She likes other dogs and will be friendly but does like to keep to herself. She’s very spoilt, although no over fed, expected to have manners and is crate trained. She’s not super keen on dogs that are over the top and get in her face so please notify me if this is your dog and we should do some pre-introductions.

The space: We live in a brand new apartment in Robina, on the 5th floor. The space is very secure and safe. There is plenty of balcony space and activity going on down below for your dog to watch. Evie will often go sit on the balcony and watch people and dogs passing by.
We would like to know if your dog is destructive or not toilet trained as our place is brand new and we will want to consider if our space is appropriate for your dog. We live on a lake with great walking tracks so although there’s no back yard, there will not be a lack of exercise! We also go down regularly for toilet breaks and sniffs

Both being shift workers we are around at varying times of the day/week. We will try and only accept bookings where one or both of us will be around to spend the time with your fur baby. However, if you believe your dog will be okay being left under Evie’s supervision for approx 8 hours then let us know and we will definitely be more flexible for you. We appreciate you being open and honest about your dog and happy if you have specific needs. I have some experience with training different breeds (not professionally) so let me know if you want me to do some training!...
