Hi! My name is Maggie. I am 23 and it's my first time being a pooch mum! I have a cavoodle named Xylo who is currently less than 2 y/o
Although I am not studying into this field, during Xylos upbringing, I have taken the time to learn things from training videos online and puppy school to work and train Xylo to be well behaved whilst still having fun in the process
Skills I currently understand and know how to teach your pooch: toilet training, sit, down, roll over, paw, hi-five, place, stay, come, back, around, behind, middle... and more to come!
I don't have much experience compared to others however, I am eager to learn so much more and to motivate and engage with you and your pooch!
To be honest, I know how difficult it can be working full time whilst looking after your pooch. I am currently working part time to dedicate more time for my pooch and his training
As such, I am currently offering walking + check up services for your pooch to make sure they are safe whilst at home and/or are getting their daily exercise + mental stimulation for the day
Hopefully one day, I will be able to care for your pooch for a whole day (currently living with my parents still)
I would love to be given the opportunity to engage and better understand and connect with your pooch!
As I am currently still living at my parents house and have a full house of 6 pupils, I am only currently only accepting one pup at a time for doggy daycare and overnight boarding. This also ensures both pups are playful towards each other and the other (3rd pup) doesn't get excluded during playtime.
Although I have a cavoodle at home, I am happy to look after cats as well! I am unable to cat board as my cavoodle is still learning how not to be reactive towards cat, but I am happy to offer visits and pet sit at the sitters place - which hopefully could also benefit my cavoodles reactivity training when he smells me at home after being with cats...
