About Colin & Maita

Hi, we are Colin and Maita, and we love your pets!

A bit about us:
Colin is Kiwi. He made the move to Australia in 2010. He's been running dog-friendly pub/bars for years now and the highlight of his day is when people bring their pets along.

Maita is Filipino, who more recently moved to Australia (2018) from Singapore. She works in tech, which allows her flexibility to work from home (or somewhere remote). She always had pets growing up in Manila, Philippines - from bunnies to cockatoos and parrots to dogs.

Now, we are parents to our rescue greyhound, Gilligan. We adopted him in 2020 and have since been working with him - easing our home into one where he could be truly himself and happy.

We ourselves have been using Madpaws to find suitable petsitters for Gilligan for when we travel. We know how important it is to find passionate petsitters, who you know will truly care for your furry loved one/s.

We've learned a lot through our experience with Gilligan - so you can expect us to be very patient, communicative, compassionate and playful!

Because of our complementary schedules, Colin and Maita are able to accommodate petsitting requests! So, if you're looking for some help walking, feeding or hanging out with your pet, hit us up....
