Ryan was responsive and flexible during our meet and greet leading up to the booking. Unfortunately, we could only use Ryan’s services for 4 days out of the 15 days booking period as our dog struggled with separation anxiety and had to be moved to his usual boarding kennel. For those 4 days Ryan was regular with his updates to us and compassionate to work around soufflé’s needs.
