About Kate & Peter

We are a fun loving, doggy mad family. We love all dogs and would love to welcome your dog into our pack.
We are a flexible working family (2 x A 2 x Teens 1 x Kelpie) who work 4 days per week, home by 3:30pm, home all evenings, weekends and school holidays. We have a gentle 5 yr old Kelpie who keeps us busy walking at the beach and at our local reserve, so if your dog loves the outdoors we can offer plenty of exercise. But if your dog is a cruiser, we also love short walks and snuggling together.
I previously worked in an animal emergency hospital for several years, so I am used to dealing with a variety of dogs and behavioural needs and my husband grew up with a family who cared for injured wildlife, so you know your dog is in good hands.
Our yard is fully fenced with a big lawn and natural plants. All dogs are welcome inside. If your dog is used to being inside whilst they are left alone (eg. when you go to work/shops), we can accommodate this too.
We are new to MadPaws but have looked after many, many dogs and can provide references.
