About Jamila

Hello! My name is Jamila, a young professional in the design tech industry residing in St Kilda East. I work full time 8am-4pm, at home Mondays and Fridays (occasionally an extra day or so) then remaining days I am in the office.

I regularly look after Pedro when his parents go away travelling - a year and half old cheeky French bulldog (my favourite breed!), and have proudly adopted the title of his aunty :). He has stayed with me numerous times - the longest for maybe 2 weeks. He is always so spoilt with love and adventures with me! I have also looked after Picollo at mine, a timid and loving toy cavoodle for a friend when she was away in Perth for the weekend. Other than that, I grew up in my family home with about 5 dogs so am very experienced with dogs :) Only accepting small dogs and puppies because I am a petite girl myself and larger dogs are a bit too strong for me.

I am mainly interested in hosting at mine but am also open to sitting at your home, and to dog walking and can adjust to meet you and your furry friends needs!

I live in a 2br apartment with a housemate, which is quite spacious for 2 people. She works full time but out at an office - here and there works from home. She also loves dogs and is happy to have them stay with us :) We are located near many dog parks and beaches (both on and off lead areas) - if staying with me I generally walk them twice a day, once in the morning and then in the evening and will let them play at a dog park (if approved they can) to keep them stimulated and to meet others! I’m also lenient with them sleeping on my bed or being on the furniture long as toilet trained but everything else I follow their normal routine (feeding times, diet, walk times etc). I love dogs and honestly treat them like a loved one!
