I can’t speak highly enough of Yan - she was very lovely and communicative, and clearly has a great understanding of and affinity with dogs. Her updates showed how well she got to know their personalities and needs. My girls loved her and had so many fun adventures in her care - they got their own little holiday while I was on holiday and I didn’t have to worry about them for a moment!!
