Karen was exceptionally kind, organised and attentive to our 3 cats. She kept their time consuming grooming to a very high standard. She was very flexible and provided regular updates and photos. She even cooked their chicken !! I could not recommend her more highly. My cats were lucky to have such a wonderful carer for their first 10 day stay. They returned happy, healthy . She is wonderful
