Alisha is incredible. She was so prompt with responding and was extremely flexible organising a time to meet and greet before the booking. Alisha kept me updated the entire time and treated Thumper like one of the family. I think he had a better holiday than I did!! He was well looked after and 1000% pampered. He loved it and I think he was sad to come home. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
